About us
’t Pareltje started with a simple idea: fries should be more than a side dish. They should be the main event. What began as a small concept in Amsterdam quickly turned into something bigger.

The name ’t Pareltje goes back to 1952, when the pearl potato was created by crossing the Eigenheimer and Libertas varieties.
A small potato with a rich flavour, and the inspiration behind our name.
At ’t Pareltje we take that same philosophy seriously: great fries start with great potatoes, prepared with care to create the perfect balance of crispiness and flavour.
